About

RevueUI is a port of ReUI by Keenthemes Inc to Vue 3 and TypeScript, on top of Reka UI instead of Radix UI. The port is distributed under the MIT License — same as the upstream.

Attribution

Portions of the source code, the design token layer, the theme stylesheets and the component structure are derived from ReUI by Keenthemes Inc (github.com/keenthemes/reui), used under the MIT License.

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Keenthemes Inc. "ReUI" and "Keenthemes" are trademarks of their respective owners, mentioned here solely to identify the porting source.

What's included, and what isn't

Included (MIT, from github.com/keenthemes/reui): 20 custom components, 1051 composite examples, 8 themes and the registry manifests.

Deliberately excluded: the source code of ReUI Pro's paid full-page blocks and its licensed motion-icon set — they aren't part of the MIT repository, are distributed under a paid key only, and their license explicitly forbids redistribution or inclusion in competing UI kits. RevueUI shows the Pro catalog's public structure as locked placeholder entries, but doesn't use, scrape, or redistribute the closed-source code.

Registry and MCP

The showcase, `npx shadcn-vue add`, and the MCP server all read the same generated registry (packages/registry/dist) — the single source of data, so all three ways of accessing components always stay in sync with each other.
